Notes :
Exactement un an à compter du moment où les intérêts ont commencé à s'accumuler sur une hypothèque. Cette même date, à toutes les années suivantes, pour la durée de l'hypothèque, s'appelle également « date anniversaire ».
La première date anniversaire survient un an après que les intérêts ont commencé à courir.
