  Setting out young trees in narrow, open-ended cylinders of various materials, e.g. Bamboo, bark, veneer, Palm leaves, polythene, in which they have been raised from seed or into which they have been transplanted.

  Note :

  (1) Such cylinders are most commonly termed « planting tubes ». (2) A type of container planting.
