  More or less equant non conductive pores filled entirely with grainlike crystals.
  
  Usually prolate to equant crystallaria formed in vughs, vesicles and chambers, they usually show evidence of crystallization from the walls inward by the preservation of a central void.

  Term in common use to describe () typical appearance of crystal formations.
  
  Crystal chambers (sensu Brewer) are related to vugh cutans composed of solute fractions of the plasma. They can be distinguished from such cutans on degree of development, the crystal chambers being cohesive units, and on the diameter of the voids relative to the cutan.
