For borrowers who are continually buying income producing assets on a predictable pattern, such as transportation firms, especially trucking, leasing companies and large manufacturing companies the Bank may set-up an authorization to borrow up to a predetermined but revokable amount over a year by way of a series of term loans much like a line for demand loans. Each term loan is fully documented and stands alone.
Note :
The "line" can be withdrawn at any time by the Bank but the term loans already made to that point are governed by their terms.
