Définition :
Pâtisserie rectangulaire (20 cm × 10 cm) à surface alvéolée comme le gâteau d'une ruche fabriquée à partir de farine, de cassonade, de beurre, d'œufs et de lait. La pâte est cuite entre deux plaques de fer avant d'être consommée.
