Date :Définition
A gas law stated in 1787 by a French scientist, Jacques Alexandre Cesar Charles (1746-1823), as a result of his own experiments, namely, that the pressure of a confined gas is proportional to its absolute temperature if the volume remains unchanged. This was later modified by Gay-Lussac (1802) to the more familiar form: at a constant pressure the volume of a given gas varies directly with the absolute temperature.
Law relating to the coefficient of expansion of gases.Note :
Charles's law (Gay-lussac's law).
