Loi de variation du courant d'émission d'une cathode thermoélectronique en régime de charge d'espace dans une diode. Elle est exprimée par la relation : I = GV3/2, I désignant le courant cathodique, V la tension anodique, G une constante caractérisant la géométrie du tube (pervéance).
