  Note :

  In a time charter, the owner is entitled to a limited time for his vessel to be off hire until such time as she may be repaired or drydocked. The permissible time is prearranged by the contracting parties. Normally 24/28 hours are allowed, after which time the hire money ceases until the vessel is seaworthy again in all respects.
