  Note :

  In the memory structure for DOS, there is an area above the 640K boundary known as the "high memory area" that is usable with DOS 5 (and above) for applications programs. When you run a program in DOS, the first action that DOS takes is to "load" the program. Hence, when you tell DOS that you now wish to run a program in the high memory area, DOS must do a "load high" on that program. In summary "to load high" means to put a program into a specific area of meory called the High Memory Area.
