The most popular and most widely used game format in paintball is called Capture the flag. This format is used extensively everywhere paintball is played : recreational playsites, club activities, and on tournament circuits. Capture the flag can be played indoors and outdoors. Players are divided into two teams. Each team has a starting point (flag station) and a flag at that station. To win the game, your team must go get (capture) the opposing team's flag and bring it back to your flag station.
