  Définition

  A thin sheet made of chemical wood pulp, which has a well-formed surface and high transparency. This is printed with a suitable design by the lithographic process and then impregnated with a lacquer. The dried sheet is then treated with an adhesive by means of which it can be applied to a glass surface. It thus produces the effect of stained glass.
