  Funds provided by States, non-members of the United Nations, but parties to the Statute of the International Court of Justice, or to treaty bodies financed by the United Nations, or which participate in specific activities of the United Nations, in accordance with rates of contribution determined by the General Assembly.

  Note :

  Such funds constitute income to the United Nations.
