Définition :
Pseudo-hermaphrodisme masculin, à caryotype normal XY, d'origine familiale, se traduisant cliniquement par un aspect féminin des organes génitaux externes, et une absence ou un état rudimentaire des organes génitaux internes. Les gonades sont constituées de deux testicules.
