Note :
On rencontre en droit français la locution latine : Curia Advisari Vult (C. A. V. ou Cur. Adv. Vult), le tribunal avisera, le tribunal suspend sa décision, qui est la formule de remise du prononcé d'un jugement, de mise en délibéré.

Latin locution meaning: by the court. It is said of an opinion or ruling given jointly by all the judges trying a case, with no signatory author.
Noting an action taken by the court as a whole, especially an anonymous opinion of the whole court, as contrasted with an opinion delivered in the name of a particular judge. In Middle English, it literally means: through the court.
A phrase used in the reports to distinguish an opinion of the whole court from an opinion written by only one judge. Sometimes it denotes an opinion written by the chief justice or presiding judge.
