Définition

Note :

For measuring the uniformity of the lock-through photo-electric cells are also used. A simpler method is to pass light through a revolving plate of glass to which the paper specimen is attached so that when the plate revolves rapidly the irregularities appear as concentric circles. The more irregular the look-through of the sample is, the further from the centre will the concentric circles still be visible.
