  Définition

  Method of presenting goods for shipment such that they are in lifts of regular size or weight, for example goods shipped on pallets or pre-slung.

  Note :

  This method simplifies the handling of the cargo and increases the rate of loading and discharging of ships since there will be fewer, and heavier, lifts.
