  Définition

  A relation is asymmetric (in a domain of individuals) if, whenever individual "a" stands in that relation to "b", "b" does not stand in that relation to "a".

  Note :

  "Older than" is an asymmetric relation because "if Joe is older than Kevin". then it is necessarily false that "Kevin is older than Joe".
