Date :Définition
A parachute attached to an aircraft to assist in its recovery from a spin.
Note :
High-performance aircraft are also subject to another post stall maneuver besides the conventional spin. This is simply called the "post stall gyration" and is described as a departure from controlled flight with random rotations about any or all axes. These can be expected to develop into a spin. Spin recoveries are generally effected by neutralizing rudder and aileron and use of pitch control to reduce angle of attack. Drag chutes ((parachutes)) may also be used in this effort ((and in this case they are referred to as anti-spin parachutes)).
